ADVANCED IMPLANTOLOGY COURSE

ABOUT THE PROGRAM :

  1. The Advanced Implantology Course is a comprehensive clinical program conducted at SRM Dental Clinic, Madurai, India.
  2. This program includes all modules from the Basic Digital Implantology Course, along with advanced surgical and prosthetic concepts.
  3. Designed for dentists who want to master implant placement, regenerative procedures, and digital prosthetics.
  4. Participants will gain hands-on experience in advanced implant cases and full workflow management.
  5. Applicants must have completed BDS (Degree / Provisional) from a recognized university
  6. DCI registration is mandatory.
  7. Participation in all theory, hands-on, and clinical sessions is compulsory.

COURSE CURRICULUM

ADVANCED SURGICAL PROCEDURES

  • Sinus Lift Procedures (using CAS Kit – full surgical protocol)
  • Partial Extraction Therapy (PET) / Socket Shield Technique
  • Bone Expansion using Densah Burs
  • Extraction with Immediate Implant Placement

REGENERATIVE TECHNIQUES

  • Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) using Oss Builder
  • PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) and its applications
  • Hard and soft tissue management

DIGITAL PROSTHETICS

  • Understanding digital impressions
  • Understanding scan bodies and their types
  • Digital impression workflow
  • Digital abutments – selection and usage
  • Scanning protocols

CAD–CAM WORKFLOW

  • CAD designing for prosthesis (Demo)
  • CAM milling of prosthesis (Demo)
  • Understanding full digital workflow

CLINICAL TRAINING

  • Implant placement on patients
  • Advanced surgical case exposure
  • Prosthetic phase execution
  • Final prosthesis delivery

CERTIFICATION

Participants will receive certification upon:

  • Completion of all modules
  • Participation in clinical cases
  • Fulfillment of program requirements
